Explore Stephen Wohleber’s hand drawn architectural buildings from 10th to Mid-19th Century, each one described as though to be made as a reliquary, or decorative object in miniature, as though each were a life-size drawing of the intended structure. This 15th Century print depicts a French flamboyant chapel to be crafted of purest gold with windows of multi-coloured gem stones and crockets, finials and base of cut rock crystal. The door and tower inserts of polished lapis with minute fleur-de-lis inlaid with gold.
